Since the beginning of our military history, we are continuously interested in supplying apartment for military officers. So we possessed 72,361 households and used in 2002. however, 18% of those are over 20years and need to be remodeled. Department of Military has taken this fact seriously to solve the problems, they built more new buildings, rent public buildings and remodeled the old one.
But, The procedure of present military apartment remodeling has many problems at the stage of evaluating the priorities in various remodeling projects which have been caused from lots of corps.
This paper is suggested to use priority decision-making of model tenant and professional group checklist . The result of the checklist analysis both tenant and professional group attach impotance to disaster prevention, prevention of crimes, safety in LEVEL 1. And to electrical wirings, heat insulation installation, interior finishing, etc in LEVEL 2. This paper is applied sample to verify feasiblity of the proposed priority decision-making model. The result is analyzed to be optimum construction item considering cost, satisfaction of tenants and elevation of building quality.
