This study presented that which does affect on leisure skill from leisure constraint factor for leisure activity participants of sports fishing and to revitalize joining of leisure activity through examining accurate relationship between leisure constrain and participation of leisure activity. This study presented that intrapersonal constraint factor and interpersonal constraint factor, which are detailed factors of leisure cons train is, effect on participating leisure activity. Improving one"s leisure skill through removing the constraint factor which affects on leisure skill can apply to maximize participating leisure activity. As a result constraint factor of leisure effect on participating, leisure skill and satisfaction of participants. In the future, studying based on the relationship between constraint and participating of leisure activity, specific and concrete research of leisure skills should be needed.
