The scheme, ‘planning’ in The Architectural Law is more wider public conception. But without understanding about it, devaluation of the meaning in it as a planning in the step of scheme design is a typical example which would be regarded as registered architect’s one. Therefore, this section must not be revised like that way. Architectural design is not the thing of architects only. Surely there are separate portions of structure profession engineers and facility profession engineers who are working with architects. Beside them, aren’t there anything else? Aside from these, many people like users participate in these designs directly and indirectly.
But generally, when we discuss design costs we would meet many cases that their situations or roles would not be considered. This phenomenon shows the limit that we would see the architecture as the work area like the architect’s only. This could be difficult reasons to ge the reaction of the opposite far from receiving righteous response for the improvement scheme of architectural design. At this time, the improvement schemes are not exclusive reaction which only architects could do but are comprehensive direction in which architects could join. They must be changed. Without the fundamental measures for the engineering design, Korean architectural design industries do not have any prospects for future. Whenever we say about architecture we always tell ‘sustainable possibility’, but with this improvement scheme we do not handle architectural design as a reaction toward the society. As regards architectural design, it is important that we search about the methods to do any works and the relationships of networks among them. This point is very important. About buildings and real estates, architecture and work of planning, architecture and administration, we should know that these themes have been spreaded extensively beyond the architect’s offices.
