The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of public leisure facilities awareness on leisure policy satisfaction of experienced people in participating in gambling industry as leisure activities. To achieve this purpose, this study conducted an empirical research by using survey on national leisure activity by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2016. The national leisure activity survey was composed of 85 leisure items were divided into 8 categories and this study extracted samples of participating in gambling industry. Process Macro 3.3 was used to analyze the moderated mediation effects of private leisure facilities awareness on leisure policy importance and satisfaction. The results were as follows: Firstly, public leisure facilities awareness had a statistically significant effect on government leisure policy satisfaction, which meant that more leisure facilities awareness increased the leisure policy satisfaction. Secondly, it was found that the higher level of leisure policy importance, the more the leisure policy satisfaction. Thirdly, the higher public leisure facilities awareness had a statistically significant positive effect on the level of leisure policy importance. Lastly, the results indicated that the level of leisure policy importance can be a not moderating but mediating factor the relationship between leisure facilities awareness and government leisure policy satisfaction. Also moderated mediation happened because the mediating effect of leisure policy importance between public leisure facilities awareness and leisure policy satisfaction was moderated by private leisure facilities awareness. In summary, this study was meaningful in that it showed that leisure policy awareness of gambling industry participants were an important variable affecting the relationship between public and private leisure facilities awareness and leisure policy satisfaction.
