Academic credit bank system has been started fairly evaluate and recognize the learning outcomes of various lifelong education programs, effectively providing individual learning results. While the Academic credit bank system has an institutional basis for building a lifelong learning society, it is pointed out that quality management of Academic credit bank system institutions and learning abilities of learners are lower than those of general universities. Therefore, this study conducted a qualitative study on the formation process of learning identity, because learning identity is closely related to learners" learning ability at the learner level. Learning identity is a result of interactions based on the unique learning culture of the learner. It has been shown that it has a great influence on learning motivation.
Specifically, learners were admitted to earn a university diploma, for the second life designed in preparation for physical aging. through learning, they experienced new interest in study themselves and reflection on my own prejudice of their life. And identity types were first, the confusion between student and civilian second, social party rather than studying third, a real learner to learn about themselves.
In order to improve the quality of Academic credit bank system, a systematic management system such as an advisor system is established at the school level to help learners form a positive identity as a student, and support a study group than social party in other to support the formation of learning culture.
