The most common and extensively utilized type of statistical analysis tool for tracking a process's quality is the control chart. It's not necessary for the data to have a precise nature; indeterminacy is a possibility. Therefore, a novel framework for handling uncertain data could be provided by the neutrosophic approach. The objective of this research is to create a control chart for a random variable that follows a neutrosophic normal distribution. By putting the required neutrosophic measures in place, it has been feasible to evaluate the effectiveness of the suggested control chart. The suggested distribution is especially helpful for statistical process control when handling uncertain values during data collection. The suggested chart's effectiveness was assessed by comparing it to the existing chart and calculating the average run lengths using a variety of shift values. The suggested design, as opposed to the traditional control chart, yields a more flexible and effective approach, according to the results of analytical research and simulation. We used a real-world example from the glass production quality characteristics to further examine the suggested chart's applicability in real life.
